We provide a selection of delivery methods to best suit your requirements. All available delivery options will be shown at checkout. Don’t forget all UK orders over £50 are eligible for FREE first class Royal Mail delivery, whilst orders totalling £150 or more will be shipped for FREE guaranteed next day delivery.

RETURNS

WHAT IF I NO LONGER REQUIRE A PRODUCT?

Have you ordered a part for a job that has been cancelled, or ordered an incorrect part by mistake? Don’t worry, you can return the goods within 28 days from receipt and we will credit your account.  Please note returned items must be received in the original condition to receive an account credit.  You are responsible for paying the return postage, and we strongly suggest paying for a recorded delivery so the goods can be tracked. Please email us for a returns form at info@keyclick.co.uk.

WHAT IF THE GOODS ARE DAMAGED OR FAULTY?

If you receive and item that is damaged or faulty please contact us by email at info@keyclick.co.uk. We will ask you to fill in a short returns form and if we agree the item is faulty an account credit will be applied or a replacement product offered.
